(It was just one product)After 20 minutes I asked the security guard who is probably one of the nicest people on Earth about what's going on, but he was of no help and I had to leave without being able to get what I wanted as I didn't plan on spending more than 30 minutes picking up a pre-ordered item. I was told my order was ready and would be brought out quickly. It took me 10 minutes and calling each number about 15 times until I got lucky. They just have 2 cell phone lines and you can't wait on hold, that system is terrible. I parked in a spot and tried calling one of the two numbers provided and you have to keep dialing again and again until you can get ahold of the staff. Parking lot is busier than I've ever seen before. I placed an online order at 9 AM to be completed by 10:15 (earliest possible time to order for, which sucks already) when I get there the place is swamped. This place was swamped when I tried to go here on a Monday at 9:50 AM. Would not recommend going in its a roll of dice what you will get. I would say out of half of the employees need to do some serious research and study to explain flower products other than yea it will get you really high? Seems as though its getting sloppy with the hires or they fake it till they make it. so after talking with someone else I waited for a lovely gentleman who kindly helped me with all of my questions and even gave me some recommendations to some amazing products. I had the pleasure of pairing up with someone who not only did they not have any knowledge of the products I was looking at they couldnt even talk to me without having a side conversation with a complete separate customer! I was asked are you done? As if they wanted me to hurry out of there. I had walked in with tons of questions as I like to know everything Im smoking or consuming. although this is the first time dealing with this from this company.

Ive been coming here for a while about a year now and I get it we (are in a health crisis) I have no problem with waiting or being patient.
